Terms of Service — B&S Rentals & Services LLC

Welcome to B&S Rentals & Services LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking, paying for, or using our trailer rental services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Rental Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
  
  

• You must provide a valid form of payment and agree to authorization of a security deposit hold.
  
  

2. Reservations & Deposits

• A $200 refundable deposit is required for each rental.
  
  

• The deposit is an authorization hold only and will be released after the trailer is returned in acceptable condition.
  
  

• If damage, late fees, or cleaning fees apply, these may be deducted from the deposit.
  
  

3. Rental Fees & Payments

• Daily rental rates are posted on our website and may be subject to sales tax and processing fees.
  
  

• Full payment for the rental term is due before equipment pickup.
  
  

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe or other approved methods.
  
  

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start date may result in forfeiture of part or all of the deposit.
  
  

• No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.
  
  

• Company cancellations (e.g., equipment failure, unsafe conditions) will result in a full refund of any fees paid.
  
  

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for proper use, loading, and securing of cargo on the rented trailer.
  
  

• You must comply with all traffic laws, weight limits, and towing requirements.
  
  

• You are liable for damage, theft, loss, or misuse of the trailer during your rental period.
  
  

• You must return the trailer by the agreed-upon time, in clean condition.
  
  

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the trailer for:

• Transporting illegal goods or hazardous materials.
  
  

• Sub-renting or loaning the trailer to another party.
  
  

• Operating in a reckless, negligent, or unsafe manner.
  
  

7. Damage, Loss & Liability

• You are financially responsible for any damage to the trailer while in your possession, beyond normal wear and tear.
  
  

• You are responsible for all towing-related incidents (accidents, traffic violations, roadside issues, etc.).
  
  

• B&S Rentals & Services LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from trailer use.
  
  

8. Late Returns & Fees

• Late returns may incur additional daily rental fees.
  
  

• If the trailer is more than 24 hours late without notice, it may be reported as stolen.
  
  

9. Insurance

• Customers are encouraged to carry auto insurance that covers towing and trailer use.
  
  

• B&S Rentals & Services LLC does not provide insurance coverage for customer vehicles or cargo.
  
  

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B&S Rentals & Services LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the trailer.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
